Fixed Hourly Rate $40
Initial Consultation is complimentary. 3-hour minimum for hourly.
Flat Fee
$100-$3000
After an initial free consultation, a quote will be provided and a contract for an agreed-upon rate based on the event, date, size of guests, # of locations involved, etc.
Percentage of Profits: Typically 10-20%
This is a popular option for fundraising opportunities. After an initial complimentary consultation and agreed upon # of staff, event date, details, etc. will be determined and the contract/bid agreed upon.
Hourly + Expenses
$40/hour + Expenses
After an initial complimentary consultation, an estimate will be provided for the project and then agreed upon by client. Contracts will be made up based on estimates but the running total will be provided thru the event planning process as to approve/disapprove in any changes in costs and/or add ons.
